I will never get over how beautifully Samantha Christy breaks my heart and then puts it back together. And I thank her for the journey every single time. Loud Unspoken Memories is quite simply incredible. Although, there’s really nothing simple about it. It’s deep and complex and emotional on so many levels. Dallas and Marti is so well-developed I still feel like they’re part of my life, my family. Their stories are tragic and guttural and moving on their own, but together, they are a force for connection and passion and joy.

Have tissue, you will definitely need them. But also be prepared to giggle, snort-laugh, and outright guffaw.

What I love about this story:

  • Marti is one of my favorite FMCs ever- so freaking strong
